What Are Shrubs?
Shrubs have been around for centuries—originally used to preserve fruit with vinegar and sugar before refrigeration existed. The result? A concentrated, tangy-sweet syrup that adds incredible depth to drinks.
We make ours with Niagara vinegar (apple cider or Riesling wine), real fruit, and natural sweeteners. Then we add bubbles. The vinegar gives our shrubs that signature tang and brightness—think elevated soda with actual complexity.
